Polka musician Frank Kuběna, 62, passed away in Ennis on June 21, 2018. Frank was born in Ganado, Texas on Sept. 5, 1955 to B. F. and Louise (Sklenarik) Kuběna.

The effervescence that was Vlasta “Rose” Bubenik-Wilshire ceased bubbling the first week of July 2018.
