2020 is here...Happy New Year to one and all! I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and the happiest of New Year’s celebrations.

The Memorial Service for our deceased members was very nice. Willie and Joyce Bohuslav do a fantastic job in putting all this together. If you have never been, it is really moving and touching. Great job to the Bohuslavs.

Our January meeting is right around the corner. The meeting date is Jan. 12 in Sealy at the American Legion Hall, with the Lost Cause band playing for our dance from 1-5 pm. After our meeting and meal the dance will be open to the public; $10/person at the door. Come and join us for some great music.

Reminder to our members – klub dues have increased – singles $15 – couples $30.

We are planning our July 2020 meeting which will be our nominating meeting.

The Po.L.K. of A. has 30th Anniversary shirts for sale. If you are interested in getting one, please let me know, I will need some

information before I order the shirt(s), so you can contact me at kreznicek10@hotmail.com, or fill out the order form below and mail your check to Kathy Cernosek 514 S Blackwell St, La Porte, TX 77571.

And as always, we look forward to seeing you down the road, on the dance floor or just having a great time at so many happenings around the area.
